WELCOME TO CHI JUNGLE MAN - HOMESTAY !

You are welcome to stay for the night at our homestay in a Karen village located 1h30 from Chiang Mai in Mae Wang National Park.

 

We usually welcome our guests during one of our multi days programs including a trek in the mountains.

 

You'll sleep in a wooden house, in the middle of nature with rice fields, jungle and an amazing view on the mountains.

If you only come to sleep, outside of our programs, the price is 600 bahts per person for the night, dinner and breakfast included.

Transportation can be arranged from Chiang Mai or Mae Win for an additional fee, as the last part of the way to the village is dirt road and you would need a 4x4 or a strong motorbike especially during rainy season.

By your visit you will help support the Karen community and the elephants under our care.

​

Come with your friends and family to enjoy a pure moment in nature.

Think about rice fields, chill and cloudy mountains, night under the stars or morning coffee next to the fire camp. You'll find all of this at Chi Jungle Man Homestay and even more.

What you should know:

- This is a lovely but simple place nestled in the mountains.

- There is no electricity. You should bring your own battery to charge your equipment (phone, camera,...).

- There isn't a good phone signal reception. You can get a better one by walking to the village.

- There is no running water. The water in the bathroom comes from the mountains. Be prepared for cold showers.

- There is just a little shop at the Karen village so think to bring your own snacks and drinks if you want.
